We are proud to say the services at Ascot Vale Leisure Centre are Climate Active carbon netural certified!

Climate Active certification is awarded to businesses and organisations that have credibly reached a state of carbon neutrality. AVLC is the only leisure centre in Australia to be certified carbon neutral through Climate Active under the Services Standard.

We have reduced our carbon emissions where possible and then invested in projects that reduce or remove emissions from the atmosphere. Overall, our emissions are 'neutral.

This has been achieved through various energy sufficient practices both operationally and through infrastructure upgrades.
