Join us for our 2024 This Girl Can event.

We're proud to announce that we're participating again in This Girl Can in 2024 across both Ascot Vale and Keilor East Leisure Centres.

Here at AVLC, we're running the following FREE women's-only sessions:

• Sunday 10th November from 8:00pm - 10:00pm - Women's only swimming session
• Wednesday 13th November from 6:00am - 6:45am - LMCORE session
• Sunday 17th November from 8:00pm - 10:00pm - Women's only swimming session

These sessions are open to the entire community - regardless of whether you're a MOVE member or not - we want to welcome more women from Moonee Valley into the centre to share the space with each other and make new connections.

For Women's Only Swimming - remember to bring a towel with you. There's no need to pre-register - you can simply turn up on the night. We suggest arriving by 8:15pm at the latest.

These events are supported by our women lifeguards and supported by women Duty Managers.

• Friday 15th November from 7:00pm - 7:45pm - Women's Only Yoga
